Event Details These Terms & Conditions apply to the registration of the ARA Leaders Forum which is to be held digitally on the 17 March 2021. By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth below. Prices All prices are in Australian Dollars and exclusive of GST. Payment Policy Payment for an Event is due in full at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. Ticket Transfer Tickets are not transferable to other parties. However, if you are no longer able to attend and would like to transfer your ticket to a colleague, please email anna.packham@retail.org.au. Refunds If the organiser is notified in writing that a refund is requested the following will apply: ● Within 14 days of the event, 90% of the refundable amount. ● Within 7 days of the event, 50% of the refundable amount. Event Program The Australian Retail Association will endeavour to ensure that the published Event program is correct at the time of the actual Event. It may, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, be necessary to alter the program before the Event, and the Australian Retail Association reserves the right to do so without notice. Event Cancellation or Postponement The Australian Retail Association reserves the right to cancel or postpone the 2021 ARA Leaders Forum, in which case full refunds will be issued. Australian Retail Association shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs borne by the registered attendees and / or suppliers. In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these ‘Terms and Conditions, the decision of Australian Retail Association shall be final. Confirmation Confirmation of your registration for the ARA Leaders Forum 2021 will be sent to you via email by the Australian Retail Forum. If applicable, a separate tax invoice will also be sent via email. Use of your personal information General Privacy Notice. In registering for a conference or event that the Organiser manages, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including the Australian Retail Association, Event Agency and other providers (for the purpose of delivering the digital event), and sponsors (subject to strict conditions).
